Transform Your Life Experience…
Find Your Own Voice

Mission

To help people create empowering thoughts and positive narratives to improve their lives.

Vision

To empower individuals and families to find their voices and identify resources, within and outside themselves, to guide their lives.

Philosophy

Adrienne supports individuals as they process any obstacles or challenges, arising in the past or
present, which might be interfering with their wellness. She uses evidence-based therapies in
an integrative practice. These modalities include motivational interviewing, cultural sensitivity,
cognitive-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed counseling, play therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

Adrienne’s approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning she assumes that every human is inherently driven to grow and become the person they are created to be.
